    This can happen to anyone, alright!

    How do you react IMMEDIATLY after:

    ● Seeing a Nude Picture
    ● Your Favourite Porn (Actress/Scene...)
    ● Ads show you Porn
    ● a Sudden Romantic / Sex Scene in a Movie
    ● Your dirty mind gets wild with imagination

    Me, i never really witness something horrific besides a Sex scene yesteday in a movie, in which i shut down the whole Laptop immediatly.

    When my brain starts imagination, i would always scream SHUT UP! SHUT UP! Loudly and think about something else. It's habit i've developped recently.

    There is a lot of boredom with this NOFAP routine, i really feel sick, but i know deep inside it's really worth it. there is Heaven of being clean on the otherside.

    1. Seeing a nude picture: I close it immediately.
    2. Favorite porn (Actress/Scene): I try my best to avoid porn. In case of a severe urge, I watch it for a few secs before crossing over to something spiritual.
    3. Ads showing Porn: I ignore them.
    4. A Sudden Romantic/ Sex Scene in a Movie: I skip it the moment it plays.
    5. Dirty mind wild with imagination: I meditate on God and hum hymns when pervy thoughts pop up on my mind.

    I am not trying to become asexual, I am trying to live porn-free.

    That being said, due to my lifestyle, 1-4 almost never happen. I don't watch any TV/series, I don't have any social media accounts, I have very good ad blockers on all devices, I don't peek or browse places with nudity.

    5 usually only happens when I start dating a girl. And then I usually indulge in the thoughts until I fuck her.
