Give me some Underwear Suggestion

I had to swap underwear also because it had become an obsession and trigger for me. I tried normal white and colored briefs to feel like a normal man. Traditional boxers were good also but they allowed too much movement. I ended up with synthetic material boxer briefs from Fruit of the Loom of all things. They are called Lightweight and I love them. Just right overall but they are almost see through if you dick gets to the side.

 

This might sound counterintuitive but how about going commando? I've been doing that and the lack of constraint/friction has really helped keep the urges down.

Obviously if you're wearing dress pants or other outerwear where there's a risk of visibility for spontaneous erections (which will happen as you get into your reboot), you'll want an extra layer to keep things reined in. And some women are kinda turned off by a guy going natural (while others think it's really hot.) But I pretty much wear jeans every day of the week except when working out and have had no... um... indiscreet moments. I've also found my package has responded nicely to the freedom... bigger, lower hanging balls with more flaccid length and girth.

 

Try to use 90/100% cotton boxers that are confortable and not too tight (can be bad in many ways)

The ones that have the pocket or pouch for your junk are very comfortable. I tried old school briefs to begin with them went to FTL EverLight boxer briefs. By far my favorite but they have changed them. I don’t feel like I’m wearing anything but they do what they need to other than causing VPL.
