    Hi!
    As the title says I really need all the best apps and software for my computer and phone that have helped you stay clean :)

    When I google tools for s/p addicts I often run into software or blogs that looks like pure money machines without much useful content.

    So: What apps/software do you guys know that actually helps?

    I used to use cold turkey; also you can change your dns ip to opendns family shield

    I actually also got Cold Turkey :) I use it for internet addiction but how do you use it for P addiction?

    You can search for a list (if it isn’t already in the app, can’t remember) with the p sites, add other undercover p sites and block it from your pc
