    Congratulation my friend...
Can you describe the symptoms you had due to masturbation and how did you improve over these 60 days?

  4. I wont, it's life or death situation. I see it as if i'm addicted to some hardcore drug. Like heroine or so, i give my extreme to quite, I was woundering if you could answer this:

For how long will i be able to join society as a normal being, i'm mean no more thoughts about, you know...?

  5. Brain Fog was the worst, with some Insomania, Stomach pain and urge and i was sick for a few days due to quitting the hardcore way!

I made a commmitment to not look back!

  6. Hello nofap friends!

May I write some things I've been thinking here? Tell me if's not the right place!

I've been "trying" to quit porn for around 7 months since the quarantine started and to be clear with you guys my best streak is 1 week.
I know I know that a guy like that it's not a big deal to listen to, but I have some good shit to share.

    Think: Is porn real?
After you watch it, it makes part of your life?
Or is just something to run from the problems?
Even more, is it helping you to become better and are you learning?
Or have you been in the same point you were one year ago?
I don't like to think that the porn is a moster (which he is by the way)
I prefer to think that i'm the afraid one, the little boy who runs from his problems.
Remember: NOBODY is obligating you to watch it

DON'T WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO SAVE YOU

You are your savior, so start it now! (Sorry if you're a Christian)

"Time moves pretty fast, if you don't stop and look around for a while you could miss it"

Each day passing by is a day without really living.
And to live is not having no problems, the only place where people don't have problems is Instagram and Riverdale.

Stop thinking you're the only having problems, I have a lot of them, thanks for asking!

LIVE IN THE FKING REAL WORLD!

You're lucky enough to live in 2020, image living in those caverns and having to fight for your food.

Guys, porn have NOTHING to do with sex, it is purely fantasy, it is not reality at all I guarantee you!

You're in the real world! So live in it!

Porn sometimes makes you think that the PMO thing have something to rely on real life but it DOES NOT.

In your life you have to do real things, work, study, talk to people, and do things you don't like, and if you watch porn what you doing to help you in those things?

    The answer: NOTHING

Even if you masturbate now, tomorrow you'll have to live in the reality again, so don't leave it, stay on real life and prepare for what's coming next!

Don't go back to what IS NOT real, if you live your whole life in this lie, you haven't lived anything, you just passed time in what is nothing, you'll look back those days and say: WHY I LIVED MOST OF MY LIFE IN FANTASY?

Guys, there's a whole world out of your window!

Neither you keep looking to porn and stay in fantasy or LIVE the reality, something that you can feel, you can touch, don't waste your life, i'm sorry to be the one who's going to say that but you'll be dying in a blink of eyes...

    Happy for your commitment ,
I actually seek encouragement from you as well. You see I was addicted to porn and excessive masturbation for about 18 years of my life...and I now suffer from a low libido and weak erections. Furthermore, when lying on my back or standing it is hard to obtain an erection...I wonder If you had some of these symptoms and If you are improved over time....

  9. Yes indeed, I had these symptoms too, not to mention that my Dick was bending on the left side due to hours of edging and death grip that ruined it.
It's something normal to happen, we've been addict for "years", we'll try to forget our dicks for a year or two. Just stop touching beside using the bathroom. That way you are giving it time to heal, and try to focus on something else, give it time my friend and everything will be okay in a few months from now, it might take a year, but it will heal eventually.

Answering killerbr, You need to control your brain first and watch out from triggers that turn you to go see P*#?, Falliing to Addiction.

Personaly, you need to watch out from these:
    - Youtube and other Social Media triggers.
    - Movies/Anime/Series - That contain characters wearing something or a scene that triggers the addiction.
    - The brain it self and it's Flashbacks and wild imagination, To the brain such thing had made him happy in the past, so it will try to live that moment no matter what because it's sign of a good thing because it makes you happy. This is why you find Hardcore drug users struggle to beat addiction. It's a war with the brain, you need to control and stop it, there is reason why they call it " Monkey Mind ".
    - Poping Advertissement / Youtube and Facebook Recommandations: This is dangerous and need to be monitored immediately, always be ready to click on [X] to remove that stuff immediatly, do not even look at it, always remove it or install a block on your device.
    - Block any Girl/Friend you have who share things that trigger you, this is dangerous because she might change your whole day if she triggered your past addiction, be ready to block her stuff immediatly.
    - Stay away from addicted friends who jokes about P*&# , you need to stop to stay away from whatever topic comes into your brain, protect your brain my friend.

    - Stay busy, find something to help you move forward!

I hope it helped my friends.

For an answer to your question, I'm guessing as long as you want to. It's up to you to learn how to reintegrate yourself into the society that you've been isolated from due to PMO (if that makes sense). Only if you finally decide to quit for good and let the bad habit die out as you continue with your new life is when you will become "normal" in society.

    I hope this helps.
