That is very scary; indeed there is a spiritual warfare going on all around us that most people aren't aware of. I firmly believe in both God and the devil and they are (or rather, the enemy is,) in a constant fight to try to take our souls - but we know that GOD is more powerful and that LOVE conquers death. Just remind yourself of that. There's nothing to be scared of with God on your side.

I have faced many spiritual struggles myself and have also sensed dark presences in the past when I have been tempted so I am convinced that demonic forces are behind the curtains, silently and secretly influencing us to commit sexually immoral sins.

I have also had some very explicit wet dreams in the past, and I do wholly believe in Incubus and Succubus.
But there is no need to fear them.

Submit to God - Resist the devil and he will flee from you.

There is a homemade, low-budget film that some friends of mine made, that is a faith/spirituality based film that has to do with the spiritual warfare going on around us, and there is a scene in the film where one of the characters is on his laptop, sees something suggestive, and contemplates looking at it longer - and then we see demonic shadows whispering in his ear to keep looking it up.
It is a very powerful and truthful scene. Thinking about this kind of stuff will help you in your battle, and I suspect you are already on the right track - a lot of people don't even acknowledge this aspect of PMO, but of course, it's all based on our belief system as well so not everyone will agree with me.

Few days without PMO is no enough to commit never do it again and succeed. It takes the state of mind where regret is over.

Anyway agree with brothers in Christ that we have seen a lot of spiritual warfare here in 2020 and in 2021 there will be even more spiritual war. The fight is real. But also the love is real with what Jesus loves us and sends to us with His Holy Spirit. Enemy is stronger than any human, but if we stick with Jesus and say behind His back then He wins all of our battles. So read Bible, pray, read and pray again, and of course repent sins.

 

I don't know exactly what you mean by "Incubus and Succubus" or what you mean by "voices", but press on!! Trust in the name of Jesus. I believe there is a spiritual aspect to nofap too. There 100% is.

 

If you are a Christian you CANNOT be possessed! People who are indwelt by the Holy Spirit cannot also be indwelt by spirits unclean. You CAN, however, be influenced by evil spirits, which is what I believe Incubus and Succubus to be; they are basically evil spirits of sexual nature.
Keep focusing on GOD and don't give FEAR any power over you, because it has none!
