Starting to lose hope

    I used to masturbate almost everday since I was around 13. Been trying to quit since early October. Longest streak was 25 days. Lately Ive been relapsing every 3 to 4 days. Seems like im starting to lose the willpower to go on longer streaks. Tried so many things but kept failing

    Positive beneficial routines are key bro. Filling your day up is one of the keys to this. Do u have a daily workout routine? If not get one. I recommend a high intensity workout 30 min minimum or more. I personally do 1 to 2 hours everyday.

    Just like blacklabel92 is saying try to fill your day to avoid getting bored. Identify your triggers, is it boredom,stress,tiredness?

    Used to work out a lot before quarantine. Now I barely even go to the gym. I'll try to get back on a routine probably 3 times a week and a 30 minute walk every morning. Thanks for the tip mate

    I mean since march 2020 ive been working out from home and tbh im prolly not gna sign up for the gym anytime soon. Im seeing better results doing my own thing than the gym ever did for me. I have a more natural strength look which is what i was going for plus i get to move at my own pace and be in my zone. No waiting for equipment to open up or weird dudes staring at me.
