I'm 20 y/o and recently I don't know why all my sexual drive has been vanished. The erections are also not there. Sometimes I get morning wood and sometimes I don't. I'm feeling very sad. I think it's due to porn. I exercise very often and have good health. But sudden loss of libido and motivation is very heart wrenching. No one knows this. I think it's ED. If you are on Nofap it could be a flatline. Your body is going through a rough time right now and you are in a state of rewiring. One of the things people notice during this period is a loss of libido, along with anxiety and other symptoms. The key is to keep going, push through the tunnel and you will emerge on the other side. Resist the urge to "test" yourself - your body will restore itself naturally. You can try supplementing Zinc and L-Arginine for better erection strength if you are very worried, but I wouldn't worry if I were you. Periods of low libido are natural, part of a cycle.
Thanks for replying. Actually today was my 4th day on noFap. The urges are not as strong as they used to be. My erections and my libido dropped suddenly before noFap. I masturbated normally one day and next thing is I didn't feel the urges anymore and erections died. I'm now on noFap because I want to regain my erections. It happened suddenly. That's why I was worried.
I don't blame you for being a bit worried. It seems a bit unusual in my mind for a healthy 20 year old guy to go from a strong libido to suddenly no libido in a short period of time if there have been no changes you can think of in your diet, medication, etc. My advice would be to talk to your doctor about this and get his opinion.
