Well the bit that you're missing is that attractive women don't go to gigolos. Dude was pissed because he slept with ugly/fat/old women. If his customers were hot models he'd have a big smile on his face.

Actually, the women he slept with varied in attractiveness. As well as age, but still I don't think sleeping with an unattractive person makes you hate their whole gender, or even pursue therapy for it.

 

I don't consider it weird at all, friends use to look at me weird whenever I would say going to brothels is stupid and a waste of time. Not only that but to treat someone as just a mere source of instant satisfaction than getting to really know them. I am unsure as well I just thought I'd chip in for a little conversation.

 

Yes is weird that you are hating on them for it, you may be in a different wavelenght or whatever regarding the issue, but "feeling disgusted" "hate my friends" ...

You should be indiferent, not disgusted or with hate, that highlights something else going on...

Why ? I think it's understandable. Espescially if he sees others as humans above all, because people are for connection and not consumption.

Because if he doesn't agree, that's ok, that's understandable, his view is different, as you said, he sees others as humans above all, and that's good, but why caring so much on other's views? To the point of being disgusted, or hating them?

When you don't agree with someone's view on something, the most balanced natural response is indiference, you have you view, i have mine, i won't impose mine, don't impose to me yours, and we are good.

Feeling disgusted? Hating? Some emotional reaction is out of balance in there and would be interesting to get to know what triggers such a bad reaction from his part.
Feeling moraly superior for his view in comparison to the other's perhaps? I don't know.

If something triggers anger and hatred you are the one with the issue, not the other person.

When you see people as humans above all, it's kind of repulsive to observe human objectification at the hands of another. Because it's an aberration. Something that doesn't have any sense.

Not necessarily, there are some 'views' that threathens the foundations of society. And seeing others as objects for consumption is borderline sociopathic.
