    Best of luck. I would advise to make a strategy for these 90 days and then follow that.

    I have installed Blocker X in my lap and mobile. And am planning to use internet-only thru laptop. And avoid surfing youtube, browser.

    I have no idea how to use this website, no idea how this place will help me, i only know one thing I NEED TO QUIET, so i accpt your challenge (this is if this challenge is for people too not only for individuals, really how to use this website?) lets see who will maintain his powers and who wont hehehe

    2. Start a daily Journal Thread
    3. Post your emotions and feelings in the journal
    4. read others' threads and support them.
    5. complete 90 days without PORN, MASTURBATION & ORGASM

    Hello guys,
    It's a mixed feeling of both excitement and fear when I think about the reboot challenge. I really want this journey to be complete successfully.
    I haven't surfed youtube today. I haven't surfed the internet on mobile. I want to live a life more naturally or more lively, without these digital noises and porn pollutions.
    This forum is really amazing. It's nice to have comrades sharing the same vision and pains of life.
    *** chrome extension is blocking NOFAP forum. Any help?

    Today o just scrolled and I found a Hot song. I then forwarded it to the portion where erotic scenes are coming. In my mind I was saying, I won't ejaculate/masturbate, so it's not going to hurt me.
    Then I realized, It not only MO, ITS A PMO Challenge. So anything that is related to Porn either soft or direct is simply Porn.
    So I decided to skip all the hot scenes now after.
    Emotionally I am feeling tired and of no motivation.
    But this won't be an excuse for me to binge and later porn and masturbation. NO NEVER

    1. I was continuously using YouTube scrolling, meanwhile my friend called me and suggested to see a movie. When I saw the trailer, there was nude scenes. Then I relapsed.
    2. Then followed the chaser effects
    3. I realised never ever give chances to triggers. Immediately move away. Be in the track always.
    4. So I am with this learning restarting my journey.

    Resetting the counter,
    Its been 10 days before i relapsed yesterday. but one good thing is I didnt use porn.
    And I imagined having sex with my girlfriend. But I often forget it's PMO, not PM alone. This 90 days i will be more aware to avoid thoughts like this
