    Damn, I had a relapse yesterday. So today is 1/3.

    It is always incredibly tough to get some longer streaks going. Lets get to the next step!

    Step 5 day 2, still on my way to become a better and stronger man, it wasnt really soon enough last time I completed first 4 steps without failling even tho I was drinking a bit more lately, was partying kinda daily but didnt loose focus at the morning. Feels good, but lets not forget, dont think about stopping pmo just focus on your goals and good things. We will make it.

    Step 5 day 4, yesterday was the only time I was really close to dive into some weird shit, I was on the edge but I didnt really relapse, just made a promise to myself that Im going to be fully clean for the weekend and get away from those shitty thoughts. I know I can, so I will.

    relapsed on Friday noon
    Lately can't really get focus or productive, must do better next day.

    Step 6 day 1, I kept my promise to my self to stay clean and positive through the weekend but today is a though day, so I will need to stay composed and calm.

    Yesterday didn't check in because I've been busy.

    Today got a temptation attack and manage to resist it.

    Today fell into PMO again, gonna downgrade to 0/3.

    Thinking about increasing my sleep hours (like go to sleep before midnight)
    And do some little excercise from now on to distract and make myself tired
