Rank 2 - I decided to make Rank 0 start at 6AM Sunday with my last relapse. That way I can be honest with my PMO record, and if I reset due to not meeting my goals, then I will do that.

Day 6- Youngling

 

Day 2, checking in.

 

Day 45, the force is getting stronger!

 

Day 6. Last day as a Jedi Youngling. Some porn thoughts came into my mind, which were kind of powerful. But I countered back with the loud sirens in my mind and a big red X crossing out the porn thought. And then I just continued on with my daily responsibilities. If I did not have my time planned out, if I had time where I could just wander, then I risk being seduced by the Dark Side of the Force. I can have "relaxation time" but it needs to be a goal of relaxing, or doing something specific like watching a movie, or doing a relaxing mental exercise by imagining a peaceful scene.

But I have had a spiritual breakthrough, and this is what's expected if I go nofap for long enough. I can imagine myself becoming more strong and fit. I can imagine having more self discipline and enjoying life more. I have the Eye of the Tiger, so nothing can stop me from mastering my passions and irrational urges. The Dark Side is not stronger than the Will of the Jedi.

ok ok so I messed up whatever. I found the mindset, Ive had a 200 day streak before and I completely blew It, and ive been trying to find the mindset I had back then forever now. I realized the mindset and found it, its a very meditational mindset, all about quieting the mind. trust me I got this now

 

15 days, Padawan

 

441 days no PMO, semen retention

 

Day 0 - Youngling

Back to square one. Time to find my focus again.

It is day 7 for me now... I'm a Padawan! Hey @Marcus Aurelius update me in the ranking!

I usually only get this far when I've put in considerate effort in order to change, like I have been this time around. Without adopting the warrior mentality as my life philosophy then I would just languish in any easy desire, in any easy kind of life style. Without adopting and implementing a positive and virile philosophy of life then there is no hope, and no point in overcoming porn addiction.
