    Pretty bad start to day. Overslept, and things haven't been going as I would've liked. Especially at my day job, which is my primary focus at the moment. 1 hour of workout isn't being sufficient to sublimate the sexual energy. Energy needs desperate sublimation. Need to double down on focus.

    Feeling like a hangover without upset stomach. I guess I caught some cold,flu or maybe c19. Woke up 2 am with fever and sweating under a thin blanket, muscles aching but carried in bed for 8 hours, for 8 hours now have a moving headache which doesn't allow me to do much. Hope it's going to be ok tomorrow.

    This challenge (not watching p) is harder than I think. I am an HUGE ADDICT!!! When I think the past couple days, I realized that I didnt treat myself as an addict because I think I did not accept that. I loosened up. I'm an addict and I'm gonna live my life as an addict who wants to get out of the addiction.

    Checking in Fellowship!

    177 days free of MO, 249 days free of Porn.

    4 good days this week, 1 horrible and 2 bad. It's been a bit rough near the end of it. Interesting enough, on the horrible day, first time in a long time did I have an urge. This is proof that I've used PMO in the past to remedy these feelings of malaise. Although not pleasant to face, one must do so to progress.

    Brothers, gonna confess and expose myself to handle that urge:
    Right now I'm waiting for my flight in the airport. It got delayed in due to the heavy fog, and I could have lost the exam. This brought a huge stress over my mind and right now I just wanna relieve it. Thought many times in going to the bathroom and do that disguting thing, but the urges are killing me.

    there´s a lot of pro and con information about that on the web. the pro fappers start spreading that masturbation is good in order to racionalize their behaviour. but truth is prostate is a gland, not a muscle, it doesn´t need to be stimulated or empty.

    plus, it´s kind of naive to think that men who don´t release start dying of prostate cancer :D. that is far from truth. if you don´t ejaculate, the semen will be absorved by the body, and collect it´s nutrients. Period.

    We are a very complex body, it would be very strange if mother nature didn´t create a safety device for the semen that is not released. look at buddists monks per example, many of them are celibate, and many live to 100+ ;)

    so don´t worry bro. if would be far easy to get prostate cancer if you engage in all the known bad behaviours (drinking, smoking, bad diet, sedentary lifestyles, etc) than by preserving your semen.
