Don’t worry buddy, I m going to reset my record too, not becos of relapse but I hv found that my concept in the past 18/19 day about noFap was wrong. I was too rely on the distraction method e.g., visiting noFap, exercise but I didn’t really see PM as a truly bad thing (which it should be). It just like in deep down I still enjoy porn and I would relapse in certain day, maybe 1m or few months later if I continue like this. So in the past few days I changed my mind (at least consciously) that porn is a really bad thing, i cannot respect myself if I don’t accept this fact, and ppl won’t respect me too. So I decide to back to day 1, but this time I will respect myself n gain respect for others. I am the same day as u now buddy. Also, as always, keep going every buddy!!

 

Hi there - How are you everyone?
I'm still keeping my streak of nofap. Today is the 33th of mine still the rest of this year.
Have to say that - The struggling just hard when I stopped in a few beginning weeks. From day 30 you guys could being nofap with ease.
Sometime I just wondered how I can pass to 33th days with this ease. When I gave up NOFAP and PORN something it made me very angry and the urgers just daily rising up - I touched a little bit for pleasure. But instead of angry and disappointment I choose to fill up my time in work and studying and film also.

 

OK bro we will defeat this habit in meantime and don't worry about , I am your companion and u r mine...we will do it together

 

Congrats for 33 day. I pray to god that, stay tuned on your path and better life life waiting for us... Today I relapsed but I will not lose hope and start a streak tomorrow.... From tomorrow to next year I will be free from this addiction and my other buddy also and you also.... So keep going and make us updated
