I just relapsed

    I just relapsed, and I'm depressed. Any tips and tricks for this? What do you guys like to do when you relapse? Do you exercise, reflect, meditate, or use this site? What is the best way forward?

    Just forget move ahead, you will built confidence in 3-4 days. Now don't relapse again. Be like warrior. Engage your self in your favourite activies. Put small goal of any work / study anything, for short term and chase it.

    hey there

    I normally reflect on what went wrong, what triggered me etc and i write it all down immediately, once i do that i feel much better. Another tip is this… write down ALL the benefits of no PMO and on the opposite side write down all the risks of PMO (kinda like a scaremongering tactic) to prevent you from doing it again and if any urges come through (which they will) just look back on that. You got this mate!

    oh by the way, its best to do it hard mode. DO NOT EDGE under any circumstances, it wont end well truss me.

    Thanks for posting Newbeginnings. I will give this a try. You're right about edging once you start; it feels impossible to stop.

    Like in NA and AA - think about only today. Only today, only in next 24h I need to restrain from PMO. That helps me. If 24 h is too long think about 1h, 15 minutes etc.
