Yeah you`re right about that, you need to progress every day, and I agree- you can look like spiderman with just bodyweight exercises, but again that is average man`s look, nothing special. In the end of the day, the most important thing is that you are happy and satisfied with yourself and your progress, and not to be obsessed about your physical appearance..
I did 12pullups 15archer pushups 30 normal , my joints started paining idk why, maybe because of doing push and pull at the same time. After the pump decreases I will complete a 130 today
Because doing 100 push-ups every day doesn't make any sense. Muscle is gradually developing, because in gyms, technique is preferred over weight. Every muscle that participated in these push-ups was destroyed! Muscle needs rest and optimal load!
I'm working out for the long run not for a week or a month! I'm taking these Push Uos very seriously - I guess it's okay to take Sundays out, I need to rest sometimes.
