I am in! even though my streak is not on day 0, I will become muggle!

 

HOGWARTS STUDENT - YEAR FOUR - RAVENCLAW - Day 34
Yesterday was the hardest and worst day of my streak-I barely maintained it, breaking all my routines that day.

Issue here was that regardless of content restriction on my second phone which I normally not use has android so youtube is system application-cannot be removed so I skipped it when setting various blocking mechanisms and it backfired yesterday via some tiktok suggestions which were not blocked by settings-certainly at some point it escalated to fishing without P phrases-dangerously getting too close to soft fully clothed P-like tease (as it is case for content from Instagram/tiktok) but honestly I think I was able to avoid PMO as there was no MO and most hardcore vids from that still wasn’t soft P-but definitely some urge-inducing content.

Today had urges & repeated to some extend but this time had plan: workout helped maintaining willpower during access reducing steps and as cheery on top this time I set password via system to block youtube and make sure to not be able to guess it. Certainly injured but this battle has been won-still very close call but feeling proud that I handled properly and this scenario will not be possible in future.

MUGGLE: DAY 2

 

I made it to 14 days and so 2nd year in Ravenclaw buuuut, I relapsed today, way to start this new year haha. I'm not exactly disappointed, I just know I have to start all over again and last longer this time. Now I know I'm capable to make it to the 2nd year at least. I guess I'm now in Azkaban?

 

Gryffindor Year two student - Day 16
Last night I felt some urges, but not to PMO exactly, I think it was more about general sexual activity - had some thoughts about my SO. And even thgough it was more or less "clean" thoughts, I think on the deep level it's still addiction triggered feelings. So now I will be more attentive to these thoughts too. And I will switch from them to something else, as I did before in the case of P-flashes.

I know exactly what caused it : loneliness and fear of being unloved forever (quite dramatic indeed). I didn't even have a physical urge per say, I just wanted to express my sadness by doing something wrong.
And btw if someone today is thinking about giving up too, my relapse yesterday reaaally wasn't worth it haha, the P I watched (a clip I used to watch) was boring and really not exciting. Maybe that's why I'm not completely disappointed : it showed me my first results towards a better view of sexuality.

I've found books on quitting porn too, I'll read one or two.
