Honestly I do think it's made it harder. My head and heart long for my woman during NoFap. And when I mean long for her I mean that's literally I can think about. But then after while my brain tries to take that desire and flip it to porn. Generally through peeking on social media. Now I am off that junk, no possible way to have or download anything. I'm sure if I was getting some consistently it'd make it easier and rewire my brain to only ever want her and make her my only path to sexual release. But with it being inconsistent it really can make it harder. And harder to not be pushy
21 days! Happy to be here. So close to the big 30. Headed to visit dinner friends next week, not sure how that will affect my resolve.
22 days: I think it's harder to do this when there is someone you are actually into as this feels easier than last time I was here, that being said I've also been through it before so maybe I'm just more prepared.
I reset on day 24... I was sad/frustrated at first but I think I realized I was okay with it. I see it as both part of the journey and also not the end of the world, I mean I didn't do it for 24 days which is pretty good in my opinion! And honestly if I end up doing it once a month that feels like it isn't that unhealthy/addictive. That being said, would much prefer just quitting for good so I'm back in the horse and three days in!
I keep relapsing... Not sure what's going on but it's been really tough these last few days. Starting again today, I think my inconsistency in posting isn't helping so I'm going to try to really focus on posting daily again.
