Not happy about my erections.

    As the title says, my problem is that I'm not really happy about my erections. I've masturbated with porn all my life, but in the past month or so I removed it from my life.
    It's nearly 10 days (since 21 March) in NoFap HARD MODE and so far so good, the problem that I had was that morning wood was reduced to ZERO for the past 6 months or so and I didn't get erections aside from porn; and these were not as I remembered, I want to get my hard rock erections.
    I'm in my mid twenties, eat healthily and train hard at the gym, but my libido is really low.
    I wanna know what you guys think about my problem, I'll continue this style with no excuses.

    It will take time. Have faith in the process. No one can predict how long it will take, because we are all different. Also our history with porn and masturbation is different. Above all, do not try and test yourself to see if you can get an erection. It never ends well!

    Stop watching porn and stop masturbating, after 90 days you'll feel loads of changes already.

    If you're in the middle of quitting its normal to have a 'flatline' period. Its normal for things to go 'blah' for a little while.

    Here's some things that are kind of vital:

    Don't be tempted to 'test things out'. Don't diddle yourself or just try to see if you can get it up without going all the way. Just keep your hands off and don't be attempted to check stuff out when rebooting.

    Morning wood and stuff will slowly begin returning. The best thing to do is just not to focus or obsess over sex...the quality...non of it. Focus on dating, getting to know someone before getting in bed with them. Develop a healthy relationship and then get back to it...and you'll be more satisfied than you've ever been. Its just a long, tough road to get there but very doable.

    Mine always turtles up when starting a stint for the first 2 weeks and I feel crappy with no libido but it soon starts to hang and I gradually get my confidence. Zinc and magnesium is good for testosterone and L argine for blood flow

    Thank you to everyone for taking the time to reply.
    All of your advice is really helpful. I also think that training hard in the gym will help me recover, increasing my test levels and resetting my dopamine receptors.

    There are vitamins you can take for better blood flow and testosterone: L argine, zinc and magnesium( zma), garlic and much more. You could buy a bath mate penis pump and a decent penis ring with a good squeeze ( not too tight though) This will give you stonking erections and a big increase in girth. Add the daily use of a penimaster pro along with 5-10 minutes pumping and you’ll get permanent stretch and increase on your buddy. Trust me with dedication it works :) Get blocks put on your devices for adult material and keep training and eating well. Good luck

    10 days is… well it’s something. But it isn’t enough to make the kind of change you’re looking for. We live in such a fast paced, instant gratification world. Slow down. Manage your expectations.

    What would you say if a guy at your gym complained to you about how little he could bench. He sees how much you can do, and he thinks that’s a reasonable expectation for a young guy like him, and he’s griping about how hard he’s been working and he still can’t do it. Then you find out he’s been smoking at least a half ounce of weed nearly every day since he was fifteen and only started sort of quitting this month. Then you further find out, he’s only been coming to the gym for ten days.

    These other guys are right, two weeks is a fairly consistent flatline period for most people. Furthermore, if you’re anything like the typical P addict, it’s going to take a lot longer to recover from the psychological damage, than the physical. In other words, you’re going to have a boner long before you’re going to know what to do with it.

    I have the same problem with weak or non existent erections. Zero morning woods.
    I can't give you a precise answer but all we can do is to give it time. And unfortunately lots of it.

    Nofap Monk Mode + Train your legs (squats for example) along with a good diet will give you the hardest morning woods.
    I had this problem for many weeks without any erections what so ever. And I became paranoid etc..
    But I just waited and healed. One day I woke up with an erection so hard that I couldn't get it down, it just didn't want get down. I had to get up and walk around a little and finally it went down but it was difficult. It's maybe 70% in the head and the rest is lack of training and a poor diet.

    Sitting down for more than 40 minutes is bad. The blood needs to circulate in the lower part of the body. Leg workouts + stretching is very healthy for your erections :)

    Give your erections a vacation and they will come back happier than before they left.
