Day 6. Today is a great day for science! let's get it brothers!

 

Day 1!

 

Day 422 no PMO. Got a good nights rest last night. Feeling much better today. No thoughts of PMO. All good.

 

day 10 on the quest to destroy the one ring. Uruk-hai reporting.

Since this is a LOTR challenge, and at a mere 10 days, I figured I'd definitely be in the Fellowship movie. I don't think I've even left the Shire yet lol. I thought this is what staring down PMO demons would sound like musically:



Eerie yet fantastic music. In other news, yesterday no temptation fortunately. I did some cardio on my cycle yesterday, I'm gonna need the stamina to carry the burden of the ring. as well as get out of this Uruk-hai phase.

Thank you! You might be right, and you probably are right in most situations. But there is a thing that might change all. She is looking for a boyfriend, a serious relationship, she complained many times on how most people here have open relationships, but she don't want that...
The guy she is seeing probably is an open relationship, not a serious one. If that's the case I might have a chance??

 

Thank you brother! I was thinking on doing that but it has to be in the right environment... Like a party, a bar, or when we're alone and the mood feels right... Idk if I would tell her that I'm considering her to be my gf tho lol that's too direct don't you think?

Checking in on a good day for me. Continuing to be productive at work, make progress at home, and enjoy the little things in life with gratitude. I enjoy reading each of your reports and supportive words. Being vulnerable while attempting difficult challenges is a power move forward in our lives. Journey on, brothers and sisters.

Reading this made me realize something that I never noticed before: making female friends was a turning point for me, too. My advice for my younger self would be: force yourself to make close female friends, instead of following the easy path of having only male friends.

I had my first day at the office since 2021. I felt tired but good to see my colleagues again. I'm going to sleep early today.
