Simply put, no, it would not be possible for a woman to get pregnant from swallowing semen. Things that you swallow pass through your digestive system (i.e. your throat, stomach, intestines, etc). The reproductive system is a completely different part of the human body, not connected to the digestive system. Just as you wouldn't be able to do a blood transfusion by drinking blood. If you drank blood, it would just go through your digestive system. It would never enter your circulatory system where your veins and heart are connected.
