Managed to do a 100 press ups after a long work day. If I do a workout daily it helps me sleep better. Need to make an effort to get out running more.

Another stressful work day! Before I would of got home gone straight to my bedroom/bed and laid down watching porn for hours and then felt ashamed and depressed afterwards but not anymore!
