Todays my forth day, I really didn't mean to see the image last night after like a second i got away and got off the phone. It just sent me into a depression though it's like the image is sired to my eye lids. I'm trying really hard this time and I'm not gunna let it get to me too much I know I'll forget in a few more days. Only gunna use the internet for nofap and school for now on no mindless scrolling. Pray for me guys

Do you think it's normal to have a very strong emotional response when something like this happens?

Yes, it's normal. I was on Day 52 and saw some explicit images on a site that I was not expecting to find any and I had a real, visceral, emotional response that lasted till the next day. I had not seen any since I stopped looking and it shook me and it felt like a wave of anxiety and depression. For me, it was because I didn't want to go back to that lifestyle and that image reminded me of that dark place. If anything, I think my emotional response was healthy because it A) let me know that I was kicking the habit and B) I was recognizing the danger and filth that porn is. It's no different than emotional responses to other crimes (rape, murder, etc) which can negatively impact you. Hang in there!
