I relapsed, it gets tough for me after 2 days. I will keep fighting, next challenge: 2 days. I will put my phone away in the evening, I don't have any other trigger material than my phone so...that should help.

 

I can do it now I know I can and I feel i am ready for this.
Countre reset and now I press on.

When I feel like fapping I will just go running!

I have to admit guys....Day 11 relapse. I'm super depressed about this. I went a full 11 days and fucked it up on a whim. The only thing I can say is that tomorrow is a new day and the beginning if a new reboot.

 

It's been a while since I've checked in, but still going strong. The urges are there but I manage to ignore them somehow.

 

21 day check-in for me. 3 week mark! Had a fantastic weekend away from urges camping high in the Rocky Mountains. Sounds like a fair number of people had a rough weekend though. Stay strong everyone, tomorrow is a new day.

 

I'm ready to do this. This is unacceptable.

 

Same here man the biggest trigger for me is my phone. I'm installing porn blockers with password that will not be easy to remember on my phone. This is my next step.

Hey Ladies and Gentlemen I have relapsed really Bad but im about to go out and hit the gym real Hard.
I want to stop PMO and i have found out my triggers and why i am not avoiding them. I will achieve it this time and i will be setting myself some goals to get better....forever. sorry OHG im out (i think) but im not down no way.
