Patronus is a bear

Day 1 - Hospital Wing
House: Hufflepuff
Emotional: Feel emptiness and not enough confidence.
Physical: Feel energy because of sports but still have a sleepy moments during the day.

Day 41 - Hogwarts Year Four
House: Gryffindor

 

Day 2 - Hospital Wing
House: Hufflepuff
Emotional condition: I can still feel presence of emptiness and lack of confidence. Less fog in the head
Physical and Intellectual Condition: Presence of a little fatigue. However found a willing to read book.

Emotional - Almost got rid of inner humility and shyness.
Physical - Got more energy and willpower to finish tasks.
