I feel dumb admitting this, but it has never occurred to me before! Although consultants are generally well off, junior doctors and nurses are certainly not. In England, after the extra strain of the pandemic, the government gave nurses a 1% pay rise! An obscene insult really. This definitely has occurred to me over and over again for many years. (at least in latin-america)there are 2 camps of feminists who fight each other more than they fight the Conservatives. those who hail harlotry("sex work")as a form of liberation/affirmation of empowerement etc, and those who say ALL prostitution even voluntary who charge luxury prices, is slavery. I agree 100 percent. That and related sites should be shut down pure and simple(as well as all porn sites in my opinion). Those women who post there are preying on men who are in a very bad place and the majority probably mentally ill. I think it is disgusting how those women can sit behind their computer without any risk exploiting weak individuals for money. You can think what you will about a prostitute but she faces a risk of getting an STD or getting beat up every time she does her thing. I have way more respect for that compared to these modern prostitutes on onlyfans. I am afraid Saladins words are only more and more relevant: "If you want to destroy any nation without war, make adultery or nudity common in the young generation". I agree with the author, I am truly afraid of where society is heading.
