forgot to post yesterday, too busy, which meant no time for urges, itches, PMO thoughts.
Which is a good thing because stress usually lead to PMO, so it is slowly disconnecting in my brain.

Did sleep badly because I had been busy. Thus I am tired today and that requieres extra vigilance.

 

The time now is 11.27 pm, Friday, 28th October 2022.

I've missed updating for several days, but I'm still on track.

Day 28 of 30 complete, 34 day streak since 25 September.

Only a few days left. We've planned a nice short getaway for the 31st.

 

Thanks man. Yeah there's been a bug going around. Just worrying about seeing people getting their second round of positive Covid results. Hope everything's well on your end.
