Once you start watching P is already a relapse. The whole NoFap process is about not to watch P! do not M! therefore there is no O! No dopamine No endorphins. Nothing. Nada. Ohne. Null. Zero! لا شيئ! なし! Got it? The whole journey is about to let the brain recover and build up a healthy way of functioning. Urges are the enemies here so stay strong when they attacking!
As hard as it is, you should get straight back on the horse and limit the damage. If you go full relapse and satisfy the urge then yes, it will make the beginning of the next streak a little easier but you'll be weaker for it in the long-run however. If you stop the relapse before it goes too far then the reverse is true, it will be harder at the start but you'll be stronger the next time you find yourself slipping.
