8/365- Failed in my quest not to use my phone in bed and unfortunately redownloaded the Netflix app to watch The Witcher limited series. I am however going to delete the app again. I think I was a little anxious about the new year and what it holds. I also did not meditate. The silver lining is that I completed my 14-day no-social media challenge. I think I will extend it to 30 days just like the No YouTube challenge.
