    16/365- Completed my cold shower challenge. I have never done 30 consecutive days of cold showers. I am so happy wow. That felt pretty impossible to do. The first 20 seconds of a cold shower are still hell. I haven't gotten used to it. I want to extend this challenge by another 30 days. I also really want to try the 5 am challenge but just for 4 days cause I am really scared. Failed yesterday in some of my challenges and I am back to zero but it doesn't matter.

    No Using My Phone in Bed: 0/30
    No Social Media(Instagram, FB, Tumblr, Reddit e.t.c): 22/30
    No Entertainment(Netflix, ShowMax): 0/14
    Meditation:8/30
    Wake up at 5 am: 0/4
