Dopamine reset/music taste

    I've noticed recently that I've gotten snobbier with my music taste. As for the some of the songs I liked before, I'm "falling in love" with them for the second time as I'm listening to them as if I've never heard them before. It's almost as if I'm listening to them as a different person ? I don't know if any of you can relate ?

    I personally have a strong distaste for modern music – mainly pop, hip hop, rap and similar. As for any change in taste or perception, I've not had either and possibly because I've not abstained for nearly long enough. I've been dependent on p/m/o for two decades.

    It's even more refined; I judge songs a bit more harshly and certain ones just don't do it for me anymore.
