Over 60 anyone?

    I joined Nofap only yesterday and after giving a brief intro to myself and my problems in the New to Nofap forum, I looked around the site visiting several forums, but found few people out there in my age group.
    It's very understandable, I'm 77 and I've had a lifetime of porn, masturbation and sex from well before the internet was even a dream in anyone's eye. Most people who have joined Nofap have lived their lives with the internet always there and the subsequent problems it has facilitated with respect to porn and masturbation.
    So my history is a bit different but I suffer the same problems as many others on here and even at my late age I see the need to reboot: but I'd enjoy being able to chat with others who are a similar age and maybe have a slightly different perspective on where things went wrong and how to reboot so late in life.
    I should say I'm more than happy to chat with any age or gender on here at any time, I have a lot to learn, and hopefully something to give too!

    Hi. I am 72 and have also lived with porn—way too much of it for decades. I can’t believe how it controlled my life for so long and that I have wasted so many good years because of it.of course, I also masturbated frequently, but I see that as a problem only as it pertains to porn. I should cut back and am abstaining for now, but have no desire to quit forever. Anyway it is always nice to see others of my generation. Would be more than happy to chat and learn from each other.     Hi Larry9102z and it's good to make your acquaintance too. We are clearly in the minority at our age on this forum but we have almost certainly got a slightly different view of porn as the high speed stuff has only been around in the last two decades or less of our adult lives. I look forward to more chats with you as we progress on here!
