    What were your errors? I think it helps to know why people fail so we can learn to avoid those traps.
    I've learned that any weakness can make me vulnerable. I'm trying to get a good nights sleep of 7-8 hours and I'm drinking less, because hangovers do not allow me to think clearly.

    6/10 - Last night I was debating if no MO is a worthy goal. My life is much better with no porn, and that is my main goal for Nofap.
    I'll finish this up with no M for 10-days, but I would like to see some benefits from this challenge.

    My errors were basically to go on the same path and expect a different destination. I focused more on not fapping rather than the cues/triggers that led to it. I had my devices in my bedroom at night. I did not sleep well, slept very late and had to get up early. Night time is when I fall back into my habit, so I need to sleep early and get up early. I stopped being disciplined in life and having a proper routine that I follow very strictly. That gives me a lot of boredom, anxiety about not getting work done, and sort of a lack of direction. Another error was not coming and posting here daily. In the beginning it is absolutely crucial for me to keep reminding myself everyday and keep renewing my intentions and motivation. So this time I am going to make sure I focus on the cues/triggers rather than the habit itself. I will post here daily.

    Great answer, especially the first part about having a healthy routine. My routine before coming back here was to spend an insane amount of time doing PMO. Now I need to build a more productive schedule to create the best life possible.

    Fail - I failed at 8/10. Last night couldn't fall asleep and I MO. I feel asleep right after that and had the first deep sleep in a few days.
    Sorry to say, a deep sleep is more important to me than adding an extra day to my no MO counter. My goal coming back to Nofap was not to look at porn, I'm on day 42 of no porn and have seen a lot of benefits.
    For now I'm happy with no porn. Maybe later if I think it's important I will come back to no MO.

    I relapsed once again. However, there was a hurdle in my life holding me back from giving my full attention to nofap. Now that hurdle has been removed. Now I will make this the top priority in my life. Above everything. I will follow all the rules I have set for myself very strictly. I will also find a good habit to fill my time at night when I am not doing PMO, because an idle brain is the devil's workshop.This time I have to do it. I have to be as committed as I was two years ago.This is it folks!

    Enjoyed good sleep after a very long time and also got up on time. Now I need to keep these benefits in mind and stay steadfast on this path. I need to avoid youtube completely so that I don't end up in a cross addiction. However, I will not be too strict on myself in that area because that might lead to too much boredom or anxiety and lead me towards a relapse. So I will try to quit youtube right away but if not possible, then I will give it up step by step.

    This time I am fully motivated, I just need to act according to my set rules. I must be especially strict about sleeping and waking up on time.

    It's a shame that I cannot even go 10 days without it.
    I see the effects it has. Tolerance has developed. I now scroll for hours but cannot find a video stimulating enough. It's almost an erectile dysfunction. I have now gone towards more fake and extreme types of porn. I remember the first time I watched porn after 2 years of no PMO, I needed only one video and that video was much closer to a real life partner. Now I watch things which are totally unrealistic.

    I have no intention of PMO but then suddenly in one second I decide to watch it and then I do it. I have now started giving it 5+ hours of my day. Can it get worse?

    I don't see a way out of this hole. I know all the rules to set for myself because I once beat this addiction and was free for more than 2 years but even while knowing them, I cannot apply them when the time comes.

    May be Tomorrow is a chance. Isolation is what helps this addiction grow. Tomorrow my college opens so may be that will help. I have to stay committed though. I cannot give up. If I have done it once, I can do it again. From tomorrow onwards, I will put this plan in place. No devices in my bedroom past 10 30 at night. No matter what happens, Even if I am very strong. Even if I need it to study. Even if I am going to fail a test. Even if I am going to lose money. Even if I am going to die. Just no internet devices in my room at night. Because nothing in life can be as bad as PMO. Even death is better than it because with PMO i die daily with the guilt and helplessness I feel. A life with PMO is no life at all

    Another thing to put in place would be some of the short term dealing strategies with urges even though I would not need them when I don't have my internet devices but still, I will use them whenever I get the urge to PMO or use youtube because Youtube ultimately leads me to PMO.

    Thirdly get a proper routine, now that college is starting, it should be easy. I will have to get up on time so I will sleep on time. But I need to be very strict in my routine and especially stay vigilant on weekends. I must follow my weekdays routine on weekends as well.

    Fourthly, I will try to connect with the people on this thread and post daily at around 8 pm. I will reply to others and motivate nd support them.

    I will keep all these things in mind for the next 90 days, not just a few days, even on my strongest days.
