Day 18

I'm really starting to feel mental clarity again. In my normal everyday conversations, I've noticed more elaborate responses with clearer thoughts and even different vocabulary. My writing language usually is pretty vastly different from my speaking language. I'm starting to talk in a manner similar to how I write now!

 

I'm heading to 24 days. I'm feeling super fresh now. Keep going and conquering the new life guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reset again. This time I'll be better.

 

Checking in. Everything is going well on the PMO front. I now really need to get some momentum in a couple of other things. Nutrition, health and fitness. I have not been doing great on those things and really want to try and get somewhere.

I'm heading to 25 days. It's crazy. My productivity is increasing and I've been learning so many skills since then. Keep moving guys.

Day 4.... Feeling better after a rough couple of days of feeling pretty peed off with the world! Having Bipolar (2) and this addiction is a bummer....I realise that the PMO was a kind of soother when I was going through the lows and highs (and pretty much the in between moments too!). Anyone else out there with BPD?
