Body Building and Nofap success

    I'm curious does anyone have some success stories with body building and nofap? One of the main benefits from nofap is supposed to be increased testosterone, motivation, and focus. Is this is true, we should have some pretty inspiring stories in body building. I'm 54 and have workout with lifting, cross fit, and running all my adult life, at least 3-5 times a week. Now I focus on weights three times a week and cardio around two. Right now, I'm training for a 15K. I do find that when I slip (after being sober for several days) it is so depleting, I usually can't finish a workout. When I'm on a good streak, I have motivation to go harder and longer with weight lifting or running. I'm also curious if anyone has testosterone lab results before and after nofap.

    The best years of my life were when I was bodybuilding regularly. I let my PMO habit grow until I eventually quit bodybuilding. I plan to get back to it soon. I have really missed the gym.

    Why soon, why not now? I keep hearing that the positive dopamine our brain needs to reset from all the negative porn is largely achieved by doing hard things that are rewarding. One easy hack I've been doing every am is while my coffee is brewing, I crank out as many pushups as I can do. I'm pretty fit, but still, if I don't work on it every day, I max around 50-60, but now I'm up to 100. Take the challenge and post your progress.
