Day 3 in the books. Across the Brandywine! I was certainly tempted this afternoon, but I overcame the urges. Ready for bed now. I had another bad nights sleep yesterday so fingers crossed for tonight. Stay strong Fellowship!

 

Day 28

Feeling much better than I was yesterday. Difficult season at work, but I’ve found hope in a new perspective.

Despite the challenges I’ve not relapsed which I’m very proud of, excited to make it to a full month free.

 

I'm at day 52. No PMO for 52 days. Today, early morning at 3:00 am, i found that my boxer was wet. I don't know how it happened. I didn't fell any sensation of orgasm in my wet dream. This is the first wet dream in this period of 52 days. My before streaks also had wet dreams, but i felt orgasm in my dreams. Today's wet dream is different. No orgasm or may be i slept during my orgasm

I don't count it as a reset. It's completely normal. So i continuing the same.

Guys and gentlemen i need ur help in realising something that is bothering me so much.

I just want your people to give honest opinion over my concerned question.
Actually i want to ask whether only porn, masturbation and orgasm are hence calculated as relapse or if any other activities also?

I was watching some drama movie, in which i found one star cast attractive, i googled down the name of that person, and i checked down insta id of that person while i was feeling some attraction towards that person, but i was not involved in any kind of explicit content which can break my streak but honestly speaking , i was attracted to that person by their looks thats it.
Again today morning i talked to some long forbidden FWB (Friend with Benefits) as i was feeling more excited and happy this morning, but we didnt met, but i was feeling bit "horny" this morning from yesterday night after watching that person in the movie.
Should i count this as relapse or not?
This is my concerned question, waiting for everyone's honest reaction over this situation, this will help me a lot.

Spent the majority of the day inside working on my assignments; temptation did come when I was at my most tired, but made it through safely.
