This should be a caution for those who are thinking of masturbating occasionally after 90 days. I am very skeptical about those who say masturbating in moderation after 90 days will not lead you back to the addiction.

 

Masturbation is fine if you are fantasizing about real women. Also you need to empty your balls to have a healthy prostate. Say you do it once a week or once every two weeks is fine. Just may sure you are not using high speed porn or porn scenes in other formats.
