Nudity in movies after reboot

The more distance we can gain - the more objectivity - between our true selves (the "I" that says, "My mind, my addiction..") and our thoughts, the better.

Just because a visual creates a sexual thought, it doesn't mean we have to follow it, give it energy & help it grow.

Developing "mindfulness" & learning to "watch" our thoughts & emotions, rather than reflexively buying into them as "my thoughts" and "my emotions", helps a lot.
