I am grateful to @JesusGreen for posting video about ACT, I'll take a look at it yesterday because I am already practicing ACT.
I am grateful for the comment about by @NooseAnchor because he reminded me of the importance of expressing gratitude. Lately I've been doing it just to get over with it.
I am grateful for mornings, that is the best part of the day for me. If I do anything I'll do it before midday.

    1. I'm really grateful for Eckhart Tolle. I was deciding whether to stay at my new Job or leave but I remembered Eckhart saying "work can be seen a way of practising living in the moment" and decided to stay.
    2. I'm grateful for the home cooked food. You can't beat fresh, hot tasty food.
    3. I'm grateful for family and friends. Helped me through life and get to this point in life.

Man, I absolutely love Eckhart! That very same statement that you paraphrase helped me to stay in college. I devoured and absorbed everything he ever published back then. Literally let him soothe me and "sing" me to sleep as I used to listen to his audiobooks in bed at night after I had already spent the whole afternoon reading and watching his videos on YouTube. Last year I finally saw him in person, had frequent long eye contact and exchanged a dozen smiles. Basically I couldn't stop smiling the whole time. First row at one of his "lectures" :):):) Such a pure, authentic, wise and benevolent human being! His joyful presence lights up the whole room with silent ecstasy. Oh and btw: Louis CK is absolutely hilarious and comedic gold! Are you a brother from another mother by any chance? lol

I am grateful for this video. It made me realize I got all those benefits without actually practicing gratitude. All thanks to meditation. I will put some more effort into this from now on. Because I care a lot about my mental health and I can only profit from this exercise.

I am grateful for how my mind and mental health changed in only a year of daily meditation practice. The benefits are amazing, from the person who was constantly worrying, anxious and fearful, who was always negative, full range and hate to optimistic, calm and happy person. I have never been happier in my life.

I am grateful for taking a serious effort to end yet another bad habit, which was also an addiction. That is porn. It is a long road ahead of me but I believe I am fine and ready to never watch porn again.

I am grateful for taking some more effort and reflecting on the things I am grateful for.

I am grateful for my aunt, she is inviting me for a cup of coffee, that is what I will do right now. Family is really important to me.

    1. I'm grateful for the abundance of opportunities all around me. It could be so, so much worse than it is right now.
    2. I'm grateful for all the good times I spent at this house (that I'm in right now). We're moving on in three days to a new home. But we had fun being here. So many wonderful memories.
    3. I'm grateful that I always have a home to go to. No matter what happens, I can always go back to my original country town home and live there for a while if things go belly-up in the city. That is a blessing and luxury that not everyone has.

    • I am grateful for my sense of relaxation and composure, and how it improves my life experience. I feel like I am more and more truly myself in any given setting, and I also feel like my inviting smile and openness are reflected by those around me.
    • I am grateful for the aliveness within and without. I feel drawn downtown after work, to just walk around aimlessly for half an hour or so; just going with the flow, enjoying every second in the busy streets of the beautiful and familiar city where I live.
    • I am grateful for my ability to slow down and become aware of the present moment. I enjoy those little mindful walks through nature on my way to and back home from work.

For what might be the first time ever in my whole life, I suddenly feel unshakable, firm, competent, capable, and unbreakable; rooted like a tree, walking through life on a solid and deep foundation. Words cannot express the utter and complete, profound gratitude that I feel for this.

"No tree, it is said, can grow to heaven unless its roots reach down to hell." – C.G. Jung

    1) I'm grateful for this forum and others like it; so much insight and strength at my fingertips.
    2) I'm grateful I'm not denying my addiction, at least for today.
    3) I'm grateful for the people who help me and for the people that I help.

    1. I'm grateful for the extra energy and motivation to be productive that I'm having lately.
    2. I'm grateful for my impeccable mood. I'm so far away from so many of my goals and yet I feel amazing with where my life is at right now, and I can already see myself easily achieving all the things I've set out to do.
    3. I'm grateful for all the people that inspire me to better myself in every way.

    1. I'm grateful for being alive. Waking up every day is a blessing to experience life.
    2. I'm grateful for connecting with people like @NooseAnchor. Connecting with people who seem like strangers at first but actually, share many common interests. All the people around are friend or lovers in the making.
    3. I'm grateful for my new cut-off rule. This new cut-off rule was inspired by a post on Quora where a guy would become offline from technology from 9:30pm and set a reminder called Amish time. This cut-off will allow me to wind down and prepare for the next day.

I'm grateful to smile more frequently now. Thanks to that, many positive changes happened to my beloved ones when approaching me.

I'm grateful to have parents that care about me, and I love my dad. He is wise man indeed with a youthful vision to learn new things everyday. The way of life and a role model for me.

I'm grateful to always have food in my plate. Besides the current economical crisis in my country, we never really struggled for a meal, and that means a lot for me (and for us).

I am grateful that I can hold my nerve today.
I am grateful to have made a day free from dating sites.
I am grateful I can work and provide for myself today.

    1. I'm grateful for the Fierce 5 workout program and the person who put it together (davisj3537 over at the bodybuilding.com forums). I'm really enjoying this program especially now that I stopped being an idiot and adding my own exercises to it - and started following the program properly. I've noticed just how balanced the program is. He put a lot of thought into it for sure.
    2. I'm grateful for having increased my strength further. I'm still lifting absolutely tiny numbers compared to the average guy, but I finally exceeded 3 digits/100lbs on my front squat and romanian deadlift today. Will only be a few weeks until I'm squatting/deadlifting my bodyweight at least - again, still small numbers, but considering just over a year ago I weighed 103-105lbs and looked like I just escaped a concentration camp, and only started my first bulk recently.. I'm really happy with my progress. Also increased my overhead press by another 2.5kg/5.5lbs today, which felt really good, since the number I got 5 clean full reps at today, was the number I spent like weeks just trying to get a single rep at before.
    3. I'm grateful that my wrist pain seems to have decreased. I did barbell curls today and didn't experience the same wrist/forearm pain that I did before, so that's a good sign.

I'm grateful for this website, for the maturity and vulnerability I witness from many on the path.

I'm grateful for my strong supportive no BS wife.

Dropped the ball two days in a row because I met my partners parents for the first time. Nerve-wracking stuff. Anyway, here's ten gratitudes to make up for lost time.

    1. I am grateful that my first meeting with my partner's parents went beautifully.
    2. I am grateful for the distraction that their arrival has given me.
    3. I am grateful that I have reached the 10 day mark!
    4. I am grateful for the shining sun that warms my skin and brightens the world around me and inside of me.
    5. I am grateful for the generosity of a good friend who made food for my partner and I.
    6. I am grateful for ALL of you, who use positive thinking to challenge the way you live your life.
    7. I am grateful for coffee this morning!
    8. I am grateful for my best friends who help brighten my day and give me the strength to continue on this path...though they don't know it.
    9. I am ever and always so grateful for music, the one true language, and the emotional support it gives me.
    10. I am grateful and lucky to wake up alive this morning!

    1. I'm grateful for a mate working at a cinema. I had forgotten my student ID and he gave me the student discount price.
    2. I'm grateful for apps such as Duolingo. I want to learn a new language so badly. Apps like Duolingo have made it slightly easier.
    3. I'm grateful for the new season of football. Can't wait for the new season of football about to start this week.

I am grateful to have a thinking mind, when it comes to making decisions.
I am grateful that I am able to notice the change in the season, i'm present.
I am grateful that I am choosing to go gentle with my thoughts today.
