Guys i'm on day 12 of no pmo or edging and day 17 of no pmo.

I woke up this morning with an inability to focus at all (still happening as I type this). I can't "see" into my head. I'm afraid to close my eyes as i feel like i'm spinning when I do. Occasionally my arms ache, but not atm. I feel almost light headed. I also woke up with the most intense urge to masturbate i've ever felt in my life, even my morning pee felt awesome.

Is this normal? What do I do

May be just the withdrawals. They will go away if you don't give in. Keep yourself active and busy. Goodluck!

I definitely understand how it feels to have the fog. Think of it this way: do ANYTHING but PMO (that doesn't hurt yourself or another person). Read a book. Listen to your favorite song. Run. Do push-ups. Pick up groceries. Make a to-do list. Finish homework. I promise you that your mind will eventually follow your lead and stop tempting you to PMO.
