  1. I am avoiding it completely. I consider it as a trigger. My underwear is my last line of protection. I never cross that line.

  2. I do. For me it is hard mode or nothing. Looking at psubs creates urges. Indulging in sexual fantasies or touching yourself are also major triggers. So stay away from it guys.

  4. Good job to everyone who are still participating in PMO-free April. Even the ones that relapsed at some point. The key to success is to keep trying until you make it.

    Well my wife told me last night that if I'm attempting 90 days without PM, then I may as well forget the O as well... So looks like I'm in for all three! No slip ups yet, no means of accessing P, but it's the M that poses most risk. Idle hands and wandering mind could easily cause problems.

    Hoping you've all succeeded in your days today.

    Day 2 for me and felt shocking, shaky, spaced out, could not get my work done. But ate right, stayed away from all porn and substitutes, and managed the gym for an hour and half, need to build my dopamine levels and move my ass.

    Tonight no phone or screens in bedroom, switching off internet and will get out of bed immediately on waking, I hope. That's a dangerous time for me and I often deplete myself and lose the whole day.

    In terms of abstaining from PMO, so far so good. Although I am a bit concerned about not getting any urges, not even a boner. I don't now what's up. Has this happened to any of you?

  19. It's happened to me for a time before; then the urges started creeping back. That's when the danger of a reset is strongest for me because I'd somewhat forgotten how potent the urge can be. Don't let this make you complacent.

    Morning all.

    Wishing you a day of peace, success, and good life..

    Into my day 4. Managed gym again last eve, slept well.. but was a bit twitchy in afternoon yesterday while working on computer... little voice 'why not look at some P. It's alright just let yourself have a little.' Insidious stuff. So got off computer as quick as I could. Must minimise that kind of time for a while until I establish upgraded pattern.

    Brain a bit clearer, though if any of you could advise on ways to clear mental fog, and rebuild energy in body from being long depleted by PMO, I'd love your thoughts on nutrition and self care.
