Caffeine

    I find myself drinking a lot more caffeine, coffee, tea, and diet coke since I started NoFap. I think I am substituting one bad habit for another. Does anyone else have this problem? Any solutions?

    Same here. I was very much addicted to caffeine earlier, two to three weeks ago.
    But now I have everything undercontrol.
    To leave caffeine you should develop self discipline. As the name suggest it comes from self. You should have control over your desires.
    You can do this by abandoning or staying away from your favourite food for a week or two including caffeine.
    Btw, my caffeine addiction wasn't related to pmo, but in a way it was maybe, I used to drink more caffeine after every relapse.
    Now I dont drink caffeine at all.
    I have overcome this addiction and so can you. Just build self discipline.

    I've had bad anxiety and I literally had at least 300g-600g of sugar a day for 2 years. With that, there was PMO with that too. Caffeine is a stimulant, same as PMO in some ways. I think it would help you out overall!

    If it doesn't affect you negatively, then i think it's ok. I'm sensitive to caffeine, so i can't drink coffee or tea without getting dizzy :D
