Or even worse. Some of them don't even care that their dicks don't work anymore. They've been brainwashed so much that they're now claiming it's all part of the process of them finding their "true selves". It's maniacal.

Generally people underestimate the power of hypnosis. Hypnosis reaches some of the deepest parts of the psyche, hence it is able to heal people with all sorts of anxiety and addictions stemming from early childhood. The damage done by a quack-hypnotists like these is actual mind-control. On the flip-side, has anyone used hypnotism to combat their porn addiction? I highly highly recommend it.

I think hypnosis is not the answer. Don't want to play games with your mind.

Hypnosis from a trained psychologist is not "playing games with your mind"... It's an extremely researched and refined form of therapy and healing that can be immensely beneficial for helping people with extreme trauma, anxiety and addiction. I know because I've actually tried and it works better then the majority of the other many things I tried, thank you. These things are different for everyone.

Generally when it comes to different healing modalities the rule of thumb is: "Don't complain about a food you've never tasted." Especially if that food you're afraid to taste could change your entire life.

Wow, I did not think this would be on here! I have never tried sissy hypnosis, well I actually I did once to see what it was like and I think I felt a bit sissy-ish for the duration of the file but within about a minute of waking up I felt totally normal and my sexuality was the same.

I have had a hypnosis fetish for ages, I remember being fascinated by it as a child and being scared of being mind controlled (I am talking about age 5-10 here). I stumbled across it online and the first sort of stuff was very basic, stuff to make you freeze etc.. but in the end I found the fem dom stuff and this really did it for me.

It is not for me to tell other people what they experienced is right or wrong and I am not a scientist or therapist either. I can only tell you what I personally experienced. After years of counselling/therapy, I have established my fetish was as a result of feeling terrified at how out of control my life was as a kid and how it made me feel like I was a slave to other peoples wants. So what seems to have happened is, in order to make those lingering feelings feel good as an adult, I fetishisd being controlled against my will. I was also verbally abused a lot as a child due to my appearance, which meant I also fetished being verbally abused, which in turn led me to the femdom hypnosis. Suddenly it all made sense after years of feeling a freak.

Now, what I found was, as I got more into therapy and came to terms with my childhood and let this pain go, my desire for this sort of stuff diminished. In 2012 I would buy and listen to 2-3 femdom hypnosis clips at week, in the last year I have bought and listened to 1. I wouldnt say it is totally gone but it barely registers with me now.

I also can say, I personally never seemed to find the triggers worked after. In fairness, the most I would ever listen to a file was twice, maybe that was why. For me, it was a fantasy role play which got me going. As I said before, I am not going tell anyone what they have and have not experienced so if listening to any of this sort of stuff left lasting negative effects, I am really sorry to hear that.

Not sure if this is of interest to anyone but I thought I would share :)

  10. Well... I've been watching sissy-porn for maybe 1,5 years until I decided to quit porn permanently, I tried several times, but this time talking about the stuff helps.

In my case sissy porn was just another step further into the addiction and it is, because of the stimulation that you get, if nothing else does the trick you start watching those things. I personally can't imagine any type of porn that is more stimulating, I just can't. And the hypnosis works sometimes I tell you that, it takes more time for some to leave marks and less for others. I was watching femdom videos beforehand, but I never really liked the fake leather-stuff. From that point I started watching hentai and specially futanari (which basically is transgender women). I also watched anal-porn a lot. Then I started with toys, I never thought to do anything like this at that point. And I was just excessive at watching porn, I tried to quit, threw away the toys, deleted the folders on my PC, started all over again. To the point where I was preparing for a "session", that lasted the whole evening until I fell asleep. I started dressing up, I used toys in sizes that are harmful, I then, because of the sissy-hypnos and audios, even started to practise oral-sex on my toys. 20 Tabs were open, one site for the audio, another for the video, tumblr for reinforcing gifs. I started to develop the habit of biting my lips whenever I saw male genitalia. I absolutely believe that it's about the stimulus and of course it's just one pathway you can go, if you are addicted.

They heavily play on the viewer feeling worthless for being too weak to stop watching porn, some video especially tell you, that you are addicted and that you can't overcome that addiction, that you went too far and all those things. The creators of these videos know what they are doing and they know who they are dealing with, it is absolute excess, insanity.

    So yeah... BEWARE of THAT.

Edit: Man.. I also did other things to higher up the stimuli, I'll just leave it at that. Harmful stuff, it can destroy your life.

Edit 2: There are also hypnos out there that try to get you to erectile dysfunction, I'm not kidding.

  11. Harsh but 100% true, I don't know about you, but there is this twisted personality I developed. On the outside masculine, when hidden feminin. Now the masculinity start to kick back in, I feel like I have more power to do just about anything. I talk to people more, am more friendly, my voice lowered. That escalation to sissy-porn really fucks you up.

One thing which I did do, just in case anything was settling in my mind, was I would write deprogramming hypnosis scripts then use text aloud software so I could listen to them. I got an induction somewhere, then wrote something which would tell me to dis re-guard what I had just been "programmed" with and I "reset" myself. I found this worked. Whether this was all just one big RPG I was playing in mind and I was never really changed or whether I was being programmed and then de-programmed who really knows, but luckily I have managed to get out the other end seemingly unaffected.

The funny thing is, with me, the hypnosis was not just on me, I also got off on (clearly fake) videos of women being hypnotised to perform sexual acts (the videos made clear they were actresses, nobody was REALLY being made to do this against their will to be clear).

I dunno, the mind is a weird thing I guess! Just keep pocket watches away from me!

I can relate to much of what has been said here. And it is my definite opinion that the very existence of this emasculating hypno crap is just fucked up. I have even stumbled across feminine hypno/subliminal videos on websites that didn't even have them marked as such, but quickly realized what they were from experience. I without a doubt, have done damage to myself through watching it, and feel as though I have almost completely lost the real me (especially socially. I am completely different. And it is miserable). And my life reflects that. I just don't know what to do about it. I sincerely want to get back to my old self. A magical instant fix would be a God send, but I will take any progress I can get. Advice please.

Sissy hypno porn is in my opinion the most addictive porn out right now. It has me hook line and sinker. It cures me of my other porn viewing at the moment but is the most destructive out there

Brilliant! What you did was decondition your own subconscious mind - and that's not at all just imagined. For people who are addicted to hypnosis porn, you just described the most effective way to decondition it; Hypnosis. You wired your brain by programming your sub-conscious mind using hypnosis. You un-wired your brain by programming your sub-conscious mind using hypnosis.

Hypnosis is an incredible ally if you are the one programming it with your own best and highest intentions, rather then someone who is manipulating you through low-level sexual desires (that is actually completely predatory...) I use it regularly as a way of initiating new patterns or ending old ones that before I knew how to use hypnosis were too difficult to accomplish because of deep conditioning. Some of the people here who have been addicted to porn for decades could use such powerful tools to rewrite the script of their subconscious so when they think about looking at porn it triggers a completely different experience. Like... "Whenever you have the urge to look at porn, your remember that what you are desiring is not actually porn, it is the need to be comfortable and take care of yourself... So whenever you have the urge to look at porn you are reminded of how amazing it is to relax in a chair, or sit beneath a tree outside, and feel incredible and refreshed, etc." It takes redundant practice - but it truly works. The reason we stay addicted to things is because we have not deconditioned the subconscious part of our mind that associates porn with pleasure instead of the reality that it distracts us from true pleasure.

As an addict of this material for many years I can attest to its power.

It can cause you to seek out other addictive and self-destructive behaviors to enhance its effects. People I know who openly indulge in this material have engaged in permanent body-modification, self medication via hormones without the consult of a physician, drug abuse, unprotected sex with random stranger, and prostitution. The whole thing serves to perpetuate itself and sadly most of those who are into the material become promoters of it, the community of these people really feels like a cult.

It is incredibly difficult to disengage from. I have stopped using the hypnosis recently and I still feel the effects of it gripping me and directing my sexuality. The concept of surrendering to sensuality is very pleasurable and addictive, which is pervasive in all of the material. The user will try to create events and instances where they can further push the envelope...or to go "deeper" as the material demands. It is basically you chasing a high and chasing an even greater high as the world around you crumbles. Complete surrender is quite the flame for an unsuspecting moth. It is all consuming and it will eventually destroy your life.

Also another aspect of sissy hypnosis is to force sissies into "chastity" which in itself is a form of NoFap but with a very sinister twist. Orgasm was orginally an outlet for "sissies" to remove themselves of these "sissy desires". Chastity along and in combination with sissy hypnosis serves as a "cure" to prevent sissies from "relapsing" back to being "men" so to further push the sissy into being in total rapture with itself. It's a very dangerous cycle, the victim becomes a total narcissist and they begin to justify their own behavior. The eventual goal I guess is to turn unsuspecting or confused men into transexuals. The process is complex, and very long drawn out and for most people it will destroy their lives because of the physical, mental and financial toll it takes on them.

I'm believing that simple NoFap is not enough to cure an addict of this material, there needs to be a reconciliation with that persons true self and their masculinity. Those affected need to know that surrender to it is not the only option. They have to believe that they are better than this, that there is much more to life than indulgence and hedonism.

  18. Good comment! But you didn't specify what that reconciliation you've talked about looks like. If you have any idea on how that would look like, tell us! I'm only on noFap at the moment and if you think it's not enough for people who are/(were) into that stuff, you need to outline a solution, if not, then you leave out the hope to get oneself back to normal. I hope that was constructive...

My take on this: Change yourself to the point that you can start liking yourself... the things you can't change, accept it, BUT addiction is nothing you can't change.

Best of luck guys, keep evolving into the right direction!

Hey, thanks for your examination. I have suffered from this crap for quite some time going on and off but always finding myself returning over time. I found it certainly alters the mind and activities that i considered off-limits in the past have become normal. I seriously don't know if your theories that there is more going on than just P. are true but I have found myself wondering as well what the point is. Some are extremely cheaply made and are in my opinion made by people turned on by this fetish and sought to create original contend both for themselves and for others. But those expensive, good videos and autios... If they made some sort of money off of it I would honestly understand, it is addictive so you'll be coming back for more sooner or later. However there is hours worth of contend to be found for free and the idea that it is for money falls down because of this. I honestly believe that the big P. sites are somehow funding this in order to get us unable to resist. People addicted to their contend means money, I am pretty sure that if the bigger sites fund it that it is possibly just for money.

I am in the recovery process myself. I have talked to a fellow former "sister" who actually succeeded in breaking the training and addiction.

Reconciliation is a rather complex topic but I remember him saying that it really involves at its core a return to embracing your masculinity. I understand that a lot of users of this fetish always had a weakness within them that allowed such "training" to take root and it doesn't really take much, but also a lot of the people who acknowledge and submit to this training are themselves a bit effete and naturally feminine in a subtle way. Despite those little quirks about your life it is very possible to still remain who you are and tap into your feminine side as a male in a healthy way...instead of destroying the little vestiges of your manhood as the training attempts to funnel you into.

Reconciliation takes many steps and I'm sure other people have their own conceptions to it but it revolves around several self-improvement concepts and a whole lot of common sense...such as

    - Finding a typically masculine pursuit. An accomplished "man" stereotypically is known for simply "getting shit done". So finding a productive pursuit that takes skill, attention, learning, and a whole lot of hard work is something that will help greatly. Learning a new trade skill such as welding, carpentry, basic auto maintenance and anything else along the blue collar lines as sort of a hobby is valuable. Not limited to trades, one can also pursue physical improvement activities such as running, hiking, camping, off road biking, marksman ship via guns or archery, hunting, fishing. Reading and higher learning is also important, but it has to be on topics that are useful, such as improving memory drills, philosophy for critical thinking, learning to apply mathematical concepts to your everyday life. Just do something that you can ADD to a repetoire of interesting skills.

    - Remove yourself from the cult. No brainer, it's really removing yourself from the most fanatical parts of the cult. There are of people who are into this culture who indulge in it responsibly, don't burn bridges with people who support you for leaving, but always be mindful of triggers...do not be afraid of triggers, confront them carefully, remind yourself why and how this fetish serves to perpetuate itself. It is designed to emasculate you and make you feel ashamed and resentful of who you really are, by convincing you through constant PMO that this corrupted "sissy" is the real you when it is only a part of you. When you can no longer distinguish the reward from the "treatment" you have succumbed, you'll have to fight to regain your identity. That said simply sweeping these things under the rug is not productive and can lead to a relapse. Remember that this deviance in sexuality is only a PART of YOU, not all of you.

    - Learn to love yourself as who you are. Such feelings of self-loathing and disgust lead to vulnerability and to abuse of the material and oneself. One has to begin to simple "be" and not be idle. Confront the fantasies and the urges to be submissive, and eventually you will have to view them as being non-productive. Success to this would look like someone growing out of their old toys...looking back with almost total indifference...or disgust. Be prepared for the fact that you may permanently lose the desire to dress and be a "sissy" and that's OK. And even if you dress again...do it on your own terms and do not allow some videos to define what you want your persona to be, realize that this is just a part of you, and you are not a part of "it".

I don't know if this helps, everyone has their own journey.
