A good question I believe.

Hey guys! I hope everyone is going strong. But I had a weird question. I'm on day fifteen and I've had zero urges. Is not having urges a good thing?

It just means you are not addicted. Or you are in a flatline. Or you are lucky...

I find my urges only come in a specific situation... which is always only when I am home alone + bored at the same time. I have had no trouble at all resisting those urges, though. Good luck and be glad you have none! :)

Yeah, I agree with what everyone is saying! It could be that your body is recuperating and that it needs time to heal sexually, if that makes sense. But also that you may be triggered in certain situations to feel aroused. Either way! Try to be mindful of your thoughts and what's going on and stray away from temptations!

No urges is always a good thing! I have those periods as well but they always scare me. No matter how good or bad things are going the important thing is to remain vigilant with your recovery and continually monitoring your triggers and surroundings so you are always prepared to persevere. Otherwise, it has the tendency to catch you off-guard and you have no defense but to give in. I know that all too well and I finally realized that this is a life-long process and change of thinking. Best of luck to you and congratulations on reaching 15 days!

Sounds like you are getting the hang of this. Your mind and body are getting used to being normal. Has your sleeping improved?

Keep going! Keep focusing! Good luck!

My sleeping has improved dramatically. It takes about 10-15 mins to fall asleep. There for a little bit, it took me about three hours to get to sleep. And thanks! Good luck to you all!

One of the many benefits of quitting PMO. Takes a while to rid your system of the damaging toxic pathways, but at the end of it your mind and body start working properly and smoothly. I'm really glad it is working for you.

    Good luck!
