    Day 8 is probably about the time the blue-balls became unbearable for me as well, it will subside. This happened especially the first time, before I came to this site, I think because of the frequency of M before trying to stop. I think it's like a momentum thing. You fap and fap and fap and your body ups the supply of fluids needed to fulfill the demand. Then you stop and it still thinks it needs to produce it. It has to go somewhere so it eventually reabsorbs (which I didn't know was a thing until reading it here) or you have a wet-dream (or you relapse or have sex). For someone trying to go cold turkey after years of O the first weeks are the most difficult.

    Just checking in. I'm noticing that I now deal with almost everything exclusively in my head. What I mean is my thoughts are as far as anything gets. For example I was on the train and because just seeing an attractive woman can get me to stare and think about M later, I stop myself from even looking at any. Now that it's summer there are a lot more parts to look at. During the rest of the day I have to bat away the urge or habit I have to go to the bathroom with my phone and look at pictures. Even innocent pictures. Now I just leave my phone at my desk. In the evening I'm with my family but even then thoughts sometimes encroach that I need to manage.

    The battle still wages on, just in my decisions inside my mind. I think eventually the frequency of thoughts will eventually slow and it will be easier. Good luck to you all.

    Hey, thanks rabidrunts. I really appreciate the feedback. Yeah, it's interesting all the changes i'm going through both mentally and physically. It's intense. Great to know I'm not alone. This aching feeling in my balls is uncomfortable but I'll hang in there with it. I'm focused on this 90 day reboot and will take each day as it comes. Again, mucho appreciate the support, man.

    thanks for the update rabidrunts. I can relate and I feels great knowing i'm not alone in this madness...lol. Keep going. You got this. WE got this as a recovery group from this crazy stuff... together we can make it.

    Each relapse is a lesson that will teach you what to do and what not to do next time. When it comes to this addiction, relapsing is necessary to learn and untangle ourselves from the mess we have become. Stay committed and try again and again and again until you become strong enough to rise above all of this.

    Had insomnia last night maybe I should stop drinking coffee. Anyway I'm strongly having the urge to fap just to release some energy, maybe I'll just go to the park that'll calm me down.

    Definitely, get out and go to the park for a while. Spend some time out of your head and in the world and you will feel much better.

    New to NoFap. Looking to get through this challenge. Furthest I've ever made it in the last three years was about 21 days. For the last month I've relapsed after every 7 days or so. It's going to be tough, but I think being apart of NoFap will help.

    Edging needs to stop. Had a close call yesterday. I'll stay away from my phone as much as possible while alone. No P or M. Just arousing myself unnecessarily.
