How to do kegels?

  1. Internet says way to do it is to slow down or stop urination but then I see here on this site that it's incorrect. How do you do it? Also please include reverse kegels as well. Help is all appreciated!

    Start to pee stop pee again stop finish peeing. Don't do it too often or you risk infection.

    Most people say simulate peeing but normally that means you pee anyway. Don't hold for more than a second or two.
     
  4. Ah so it is right, just pee, slow(no more than two seconds)pee again then repeat? Sounds simple. Is it the same with reverse kegels?

  6. No. Do it while peeing to locate the muscle. Then you can do it while not peeing once you know which muscle is it. Same for reverse kegels, only in this case instead of stopping pee try to push it out faster.
     
  7. Also there is some misconception about kegels for males. Many people exercise the wrong muscle because they mistake it with the one that is right for females. There is PC muscle at the front, your perineum (between your anus and testicles) and BC muscle (it should feel like flexing beyond your anus, almost at lower back, like you would be flexing tailbone muscle). Training PC will increase hardness and help you get erection but can cause premature ejaculation too. Training BC will not help with erection quality but will not cause or worsen premature ejaculation, it will help to decrease it. So depending what are your goals know this. If you wanna do kegels for delayed ejaculation or erectile dysfunction then do PC muscle, if you wanna do them for premature ejaculation then PC will make it worse, train the BC muscle. Both of these can be used to stop flow of urine so it's hard sometimes to distinguish them by this method, if you don't know where they are supposed to be located. Look up some anatomy diagrams.

  9. It's a kegel. I guess it could be better compared to back kegel not front kegel. But it's not quite your anus muscle either, it's even more at the back. Should feel like flexing your tail bone. Don't worry about trying to target the front part of it, just flex it at the place where it's attached to you coccyx.

    Go with the piss method. It's simpler and you won't end up hurting your dick trying to gymnastics. Get the girl than worry about the kegels.

    Perfect response! First things first.
    Also, if you're trying not to M, kegels can cause arousal and is causing you to engage in an area of the body you are trying to keep your mind off of. Not good, and, the mere fact you're doing them probably means you're envisioning some future sexual activity which will benefit from the kegles.
     
  13. This is so dumb lol. I mean a guy can limit his exercises to just the times when pissing. But the whole point of doing it while pissing is to locate right muscles. Other then that urinating while doing it has no benefit. It's literary the same thing, not more safer and not more effective. It only would unnecessarily limit him. Why go to toilet every time to exercise kegels when one could do it anytime and any place they want; standing at line in grocery store, sitting while watching TV, even when slowly walking on a street. Besides, eventually he will have to learn to do them during sexual activity too (more likely than not, depending from his goals), so why not train the body to get used to doing them the right way from the very beginning. You not gonna be pissing while having sex, will you? Well, I mean, unless you're into the kind of stuff, which is fine. But otherwise it's just dumb lol.
