Today i have crossed 16days(previous best 12days) for the first time even though i dont consider this as a success , but it does give me confidence and happiness to continue and believe in myself. Iam pmo addict from the past 6-7yrs .. I do not want to elaborate my story . PMO caused me : Depression Anxiety Laziness Extreme aggression Don't give fuck attitude(with parents) Shy to look into one's eyes(especially girls) and talk to them No interest in girls from handsome to ugly Downfall in Self confidence From excellent/very good in studies to useless in studies Grey hairs Old looking Vitamin D and Calcium deficiency(due to loss of sperm regularly) Weak bones Lack of interest to live this life Suicidal thoughts Now after 16 days for the first time i notice changes in me - i feel more energetic , voice is deeper , skin looks healthier , eyes look beautiful but the mood hardly changed in me , iam still the same addict , iam still the same lazy fool .. I hope i will get rid of this laziness in me within next 30 days or more .. I wish to continue this forever , i wish i will never go back to that pathetic hell PORN , i hope GOD will help in crossing this hard journey .. Iam thankful to nofap , it gave me a new life, a better one.. Thank u from the bottom of my heart .. actually exactly how it went for me, after motnhs I did hit 12 and then 16, now I crossed 12 days but I am 100% sure I gonna cross 16. I am so extremely excited what comes after 16 days, which benefits, how I gonna notice it, it´s like reading a super exciting book where you can only read 1 page per day I hope you are also just as excited than I am
