I don't remember, more than a year i think. I think my medications' effects start fading away, just like other meds i have tried.

Sounds like a difficult trial. There is sunlight outside. That helps me a lot when I need more brightness within :)

Try to exercise. Eat some organic food. Get sun light and sleep.
