To fall down is to be human. What did you learn from your relapse that you can use to grow for your new attempt?

M sorry man! I can understand how it feels to relapse just a day before the month ends! But that's alright.. you can still have a clean October! Don't fall for the chaser effect.. :-)

I think time is the best medicine to heal my addiction.....by the way thanks everyone for your support.
