Yeah I’ve had them my whole life as well...but they became tenfold when I started nofap.

If you dont mind me asking...did it get better while doing NoFap or is it just something you learn to manage?

Well it’s gotten much better for me now. I’ve had a few high streaks though. That first time though...oh man it was brutal. It should start to ease up after a few weeks.
