Rough day today, full of anxiety, I used to use PMO to control it but I'm staying strong
Struggling today, I'm really irritable and my brain is telling me that PMO will cure it

Really struggling with anxiety at the moment
Days 1, 2 and 3 have flown by, I've not been tempted and feeling pretty good
Day 0, time to try this again, anxiety is taking over so I think it's time to try and develop more healthy habits
